Complete!

Last night we finished recording the American Folklore album at Stone House. I can't tell you how good it feels. We've been working our tails off for 6 months on these songs and we'll have the finished product in our hot little hands in a couple weeks. This week was an exciting one. Jon spent a lot of hours in the studio with some guest musicians on Tuesday, including his very talented daughter, Daphne, who laid down some lovely cello tracks. Tuesday was also spent tracking trombone, trumpet, tuba, and a blistering fiddle piece. We were all there on Wednesday to put the finishing touches on things, adding a banjo track and lots of percussion. We want to thank Clint and Bill for stopping by and lending some foot stomps and hand claps and thanks to Peter for his dedication and hard work. Last night was a perfect ending to an incredible experience. Stay tuned folks! The American Folklore album is coming soon!
